Josh de Jong is brains behind the National RAK Day!

This is Josh's baby. He was sitting in (typical) Auckland traffic watching a bit of road rage a while back imagining how cool it would be to have one day in New Zealand where people were actually nice to each other!

Josh is the founder of Mortgage Makers in Auckland (a New Zealand mortgage brokerage) and is overseeing the RAK team, trying to get funding and sponsorship deals (contact joshd@rak.co.nz for offers) to make this day HUGE!

Marshall Gray is Project Manager for Christian Life Centre Auckland and manages the Life Centre Trust, which among other things, provides breakfast programs in several schools, helps assimilate new immigrants to Kiwi life, gives practical support and assistance to Women's Refuge and so on.

He's onboard to mobilise the masses, to get people behind the NZ National RAK Day concept and from a personal point, to do something great for someone else on NZ's RAK day!

Megan Singleton is a freelance travel writer and PR consultant. She gets to skip all over the world and write stories about it and is keen to see the RAK Day become a national iconic event.

Her PR skills (and charm) are what we've roped her in for and she'll have a lot of fun pushing RAK ideas and getting cool people onboard.

In short, Reuben was wanted for his background in design and marketing!

He runs a couple of design / web design businesses and provides marketing and design advice/services to the multitude of requirements an effort like this involves.

Aside from that, he loved the idea of being involved in such an excellent concept, and was keen to help get this National day of Kindness going!
